Dave J. Miller Vice President, FedEx Services, IT, USA

Dave joined FedEx in 2002. He is VP of Software Quality Assurance for FedEx, and provides best-practice processes for the development of software. He is also responsible for the testing of software for package shipment, automated package label generation, and revenue invoicing systems for FedEx.

Dave has worked in Information Technology for over 30 years. He received his BS in Computer Science from Oregon State University and his MS in Information Theory from the Ohio State University. He spent over 20 years with AT&T, where he began his career with Bell Telephone Laboratories developing and testing telephony business applications. Prior to joining FedEx, Dave was a partner with KPMG Consulting, providing IT support to multiple Fortune 500 companies across the U.S.
