PRESENTATION SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Confirm speakers are to adhere to the following submission guidelines in order to
ensure that your presentation would run smoothly and efficiently.
SUBMISSION PARTICULARS
Please include your current profile in not less than 300 words which will be
broadcasted on the conference website @ softec2010.mstb.org and selected
promotional collateral.
We reserve the right to edit your bio, however if you wish to make any
amendment once it is broadcasted email the changes to
softec2010.secretariat@mstb.org
Please send photo in Jpeg or TIFF format with at least 150-pixel resolution and
do not embedded the image on Word or PowerPoint file.
Ensure that your presentation is in POWERPOINT FORMAT using standard
Microsoft Office fonts. Try to keep the smallest fonts at 20pt only.
Since we will convert the presentation to read-only file (PDF), ensure that your
presentation does not contain any last minute changes once it has been
submitted.
Company name and logo are allowed on opening and closing page.
Abstract of your presentation must be short and precise and must be included in
your proposal of topic and synopsis by 31 January 2010. |
