Dr Lee, Soo-yeon
Chair of IT Evaluation Center, KTL(Korea Testing Laboratory)

Sooyeon is the chair of IT Evaluation Center, KTL(Korea Testing Laboratory). The IT Evaluation Center performs GS(Good Software) certification, CC(Common Criteria) evaluation, and SIL(Safety Integrity Level) certification.

Soo-Yeon is a co-editor of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC7/WG6(Software Product Quality Requirements and Evaluation), a member of IEC TC65A and a member of board director of KTB(Korea Testing Board of ISTQB). He is also involved in the advisory committee of MKE(Ministry of Knowledge and Economy).

He has various experience of software testing and software development consulting, especially about safety-related system. He is the expert in software reliability. Companies and organizations for which he served include Inchon International Airport, National Defense, Samsung SDS, LSIS, Korea Railroad Research Institute, Korea Aerospace Research Institute, etc.
